From shared network to doorstep
We assess the backbone, access route and last-mile requirements, then coordinate with property stakeholders, communities and licensed ISPs where service activation requires a partner.
A clear connection journey
Location assessment comes first, followed by route feasibility, delivery planning, installation, testing and service-provider activation. Each stage is confirmed before the next begins.
Who provides the internet service?
African Dream focuses on the infrastructure and project pathway. Where a licensed ISP provides the active internet service, package pricing, account support and service terms sit with that provider. We make this responsibility clear before activation.
Prepare the property
A useful first assessment identifies property access, building entry, internal distribution, power, equipment security, preferred installation timing and the representative authorised to approve work.
Check your connection pathway
Use the location checker on the homepage or send your city, area and postcode to our team. We will confirm the next step for a location assessment and, where required, connect the enquiry with an appropriate service-provider partner.
Common questions
Useful answers before we talk.
Does submitting my location confirm service?
No. It starts a feasibility enquiry. Route availability, property access, delivery partners and active service options still need to be assessed.
Who handles my internet account?
Where a licensed ISP supplies the active service, that provider manages packages, billing and account support. African Dream will clarify the responsible party for the proposed delivery model.
Can an estate or community submit one enquiry?
Yes. Include the property boundary, approximate number of homes or facilities, development stage, representative contact and any available infrastructure information.
